SkinTonic is a wellness clinic in Namur and Jemeppe-sur-Sambre specializing in endermologie, laser hair removal, microneedling and personalized facial treatments.
The website had to build trust in a medical-wellness context, explain advanced treatments without overwhelming visitors, encourage bookings and first assessments, and highlight SkinTonic’s science-based and personalized care.

The work included owner interviews, a brand audit, competitive analysis, user journey mapping, wireframes for home, treatments and booking pages, visual design, a professional photoshoot of the clinic and treatment devices, usability testing, iteration, Elementor publishing and follow-up page additions.
The redesign communicated medical professionalism and trustworthy expertise, made treatments easier to understand, streamlined booking flows and reinforced SkinTonic’s identity as a caring, science-driven clinic.
